Welcome back to the 2022-2023 school year! I am very excited to work with you and be a part of your educational journey!

I am entering my 14th year in education and 3rd in Alvarado ISD. I am a graduate of Alvarado High School and my mother was an educator in the district for almost 30 years. I am very happy to be home and to once again, officially, be an Indian!

I graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Science and a Masters’ Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2007 and 2008 respectively.

My first 11 years in education were spent teaching English, Leadership, Speech, and Special Education at the high school level. I also coached varsity football, soccer, and cross-country and still enjoy everything about sports and athletics.
